There are four exams in this guide that simulate the exam that you would take for HR certification. These include two separate exams for the SHRM-CP exam and two for the SHRM-SCP exam. The CP test is for those who are entering the human resources field, while the SCP test is designed mainly for those who have experience with the test and need to complete a specific set of tasks.
