A lot has been written about Ettore Majorana. Many have their own truth about this brilliant scientist and his mysterious disappearance. The story that they told me is perhaps one of the most unlikely but also, probably, the most supported by evidence and testimony. I believe that story. I think that behind Rolando’s fantastic machine, which I describe to you, there is actually Ettore Majorana’s mind and work. But, even if this were not the case, the new physics that I attribute to Ettore is the clear proof that behind it there is an absolute genius or … “a black swan able to invalidate a belief which was the fruit of thousands of years of experience”.
